My signature bake is my soft pretzels — hand-twisted, golden, and brushed with buttery goodness. They’ve become my most popular treat because they’re simple, comforting, and truly made from scratch. Every pretzel is mixed, rolled, and shaped by hand, giving them that fresh, homemade texture people can’t get enough of. They’re soft on the inside, perfectly baked on the outside. The item customers keep coming back for time and time again!
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for is Franklin. He’s the heart behind Franklin’s Farmstand, and nothing makes me happier than watching him enjoy something I made just for him. The thing I make most for him is biscuits — soft, buttery, and fresh from the oven. They’re his favorite, and baking them for him feels like the sweetest kind of comfort. Baking for him is baking for his future, and that’s what keeps me inspired every single day.
How would you use the $10,000?
If I won $10,000, I’d use it to expand Franklin’s Farmstand with better equipment and a finished baking space, and to help create a small community spot where people in our food desert can enjoy fresh, homemade baked goods. It would let me serve more families, offer affordable treats, and continue building something meaningful for Franklin’s future while strengthening our community.
