Cupcakes! Who doesn’t love a cupcake?!? The most popular has been Oreo chocolate with cookies and cream buttercream icing. Homemade Red River Bread is my specialty too. Whole grains are so good for you.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
Thats easy. My grandchildren! Biscuits, bread and cupcakes are their favourite.
How would you use the $10,000?
With retirement close, I would love to set up a section of my house just for baking and expand my small baking side business so I can be more organized and efficient. Storage space and extra equipment would help so much! I’d love to have a pop up bakery.
