Cookies are my signature bake! I built my whole small batch baking business "The Cookie Gal Kitchen" because of them! They are so versatile and fun, you can create any flavour combination and are always a crowd pleaser too! No matter who you are, there is probably a cookie out there for you. Friends, family and customers, my cookies are always highly requested! There's something nostalgic and special about them too - I grew up baking cookies beside my Mom and Grandma.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favourite person to bake for.. my friends, family & community! How could I choose just one? Not only are cookies, brownies and cinnamon buns always highly requested, my friend Jen is obsessed with my focaccia bread! I'm really looking forward to the holiday season this year to make some awesome cookie boxes.
How would you use the $10,000?
If I won, I’d invest every dollar into growing The Cookie Gal Kitchen. That means upgrading equipment, covering bills, and giving myself the time and stability to keep building my small business. I started this from scratch, and $10,000 would help me keep going—turning passion, creativity, and community support into something lasting.
