My signature bake is my Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake—soft, chewy, and full of rich chocolate flavor. It’s a perfect mix of comfort and celebration, always a hit at family gatherings and parties. I use brown sugar for depth, chill the dough for chewy texture, and finish with a swirl of buttercream. It’s simple, nostalgic, and made to share—a dessert that brings smiles and reminds everyone that the sweetest treats come from the heart.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite people to bake for are my husband and kids. They’re my biggest fans and my most honest taste testers! They encourage me to think outside the box and try new recipes, whether it’s cookies, cakes, or something totally different. I most often bake them my chocolate chip cookie cake—it’s their favorite, and seeing their smiles when they take that first bite makes every batch worth it.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use the $10,000 to help open a Christian-based coffee and bake shop—a warm, welcoming space where people can gather, connect, and grow in faith. It would serve fresh coffee and homemade treats while offering a cozy area for Bible studies, small groups, and community events. My goal is to create more than a shop—it would be a place of encouragement and conversation where every cup and cookie reflects God’s love and brings people together.
