My signature bake is a lemon or limoncello spongecake with a filing of pureed roasted strawberries and lemon curd and a light lemon Swiss meringue buttercream
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My son Wendell. He likes chocolate cake with mocha American buttercream and a raspberry filling. His birthday is around Halloween, so he likes a spooky cake
How would you use the $10,000?
I might rent out a space to work out of instead of out of my home. Maybe a shared space with other bakers. working from home is getting complicated. Or maybe I'll put it towards classes or new equipment.
