My signature bake is my giant cinnamon rolls! It’s a recipe that my grandma Rosie passed down, I was named after her. So I wanted her recipe to be the star. She’s the reason I bake today, she taught my dad and he taught me. They are some of the most delicious cinnamon rolls ever, I can add all sorts of goodies to them such as strawberries, blueberries, chocolate chips, pumpkins puree, and so much more! They are light and airy, and put together with some homemade icing, it’s the perfect breakfast
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I love to bake for my son, that’s why I started baking from home! I wanted to spend more time with him and start teaching him while he’s young as well! He absolutely loves my cookies of all sorts, as well as my muffins! His specific favorites are my Oreo chocolate chip cookies, strawberry cream cheese muffins, or my chocolate chip mini muffins!
How would you use the $10,000?
If I won the $10,000 it would help my family so much! We would have enough money to put a down payment on the house we live in as well as flip the kitchen to better suit my at home bakery! I have a lot of baking stuff to the common eye but to a baker, I need so much more to be efficient and taste worthy! Pans, scoops, a new bigger oven, and then maybe I’d dabble in the sourdough side of baking!
