My go-to would have to be my lemon blueberry macarons. Macarons are a fun and tasty dessert and the lemon blueberry has a good pop of flavor, perfect for the summer.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I love baking for my dad, I’d say I often make cookies for him. He’s my biggest supporter and enjoys sharing the treats I make with people at his workplace.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use part of it to pay off my college tuition, and invest half for future use of opening my own bakery.
