My most popular bake is a chocolate cake mad with Filipino cacao tablets nut unlike Mexican chocolate discs. The depth of earthy chocolate is unique. The mildly sweet cake fies perfectly with the rich and creamy frosting.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My husband us my favorite person to bake for because he never lies about my abkes. He loves carrot cake and anythings pistachio. Carrot cake is my go-to bake for him. A light and fluffy cake, not your usual dense one.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would get more baking supplies for sure including mini loaf pans, a fancy/intricate 12 cup bundt pan and other gadgets or specialty ingredients.
