My signature bake is definitely my spiced carrot cake with a vanilla bean cream cheese frosting. Loaded with spices my cake is moist and delicious. The vanilla cream cheese frosting is not too sweet and has a perfectly smooth consistency. Every time I make this cake people come begging for extras and order it lots more.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favourite person to bake for is my dad, my dad has always supported my baking career and probably tries to eat the most scraps. My dad always showers me with compliments and is one of the reasons why I continue baking. He always requests scones especially since we always go to local bakeries and buy scones if I don’t have time to make them. My white chocolate and raspberry scones have the fluffiest texture and have the perfect sweet and sour balance that my dad absolutely loves.
How would you use the $10,000?
With the $10,000 I would give lots of it to my parents since they have invested lots of time and money for me to pursue my dreams. With the money left I would invest it and save it for further schooling especially since I’m only 14. I would hopefully have enough money to get into a good pastry school without stressing too much about debt and student loans. The $10,000 would really help my family and my future and give us some extra breathing room.
