My most popular item is my sourdough sandwich loaf, followed by sourdough bagels, and then flavored focaccia. I bake all things fresh from my home kitchen baked with love and offered same day for the most freshest product you can buy without baking them yourself. I'm always trying new recipes and enjoy customer feedback. All my sourdough products are long fermented for the most bioavailable nutrients that are easier on your gut.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I bake daily for my husband and 5 soon to be 6 children. I believe giving my family fresh food including fresh bread daily is my love language. I enjoy knowing what's in the things we are eating and controlling the amounts of fillers and preservatives we eat. This is also the reason we homestead.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use the $10,000 to update my kitchen adding double ovens to aid in lowering my bake times while giving me the ability to bake and offer more to my community. I would also use some of the money to help fence more of our property for rotational grazing for our goat herd. I am due with our 6th baby in the beginning of March so taking some time off for baby bonding and family time would be so helpful.
