My signature bake would definitely be my cinnamon rolls, they are fluffy, flavorful, and have a delicious caramelized bottom. They also come in a variety of flavors. My knotted cinnamon rolls are also a local favorite.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I enjoy baking for my community in Pie Town New Mexico, they are very supportive of my off-grid home bakery. They mostly enjoy my cheesecakes, and sticky buns.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use the $10,000 to upgrade my homestead. I would love to upgrade my kitchen and bakery area.
