I have two signature bakes: sweet potato pound cake and Oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookies. The pound cake is sweet, soft, and moist, drizzled with homemade caramel sauce with subtle notes of cinnamon and almond. The Oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookies are big, soft, and melt-in-your-mouth, best for the person with the strong sweet tooth.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite people to bake for are my sisters. They always push me to greater heights in my baking. I mostly bake cookies, cakes, and cheesecake for them.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use the $10,000 to get my bakery off the ground and propel me forward towards truly being able to work for myself and provide generational wealth for my child. I would also use some of it to invest in new equipment.
