I'm well known for my sugar cookies! Not only do they have an amazing soft, delicious cookie base - It's not too buttery, it is thick enough to hold its shape but still soft and chewy and light. But I also spend time in creating detailed customizable designs. Each cookie is carefully curated to each event and each design is well thought out and planned.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My fiance. Obviously, he is a big fan of my sugar cookies, both the taste and the designs I come up with - I LOVE seeing his reaction each time he comes home to see my creations. But I also enjoy baking anything for him and hearing his comments of appreciation and praise. I also bake a lot for my family, my grandma especially. She's where I get a lot of my creativity from. I love seeing how proud she is that I blended both our love of art and baking into one.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would love to open up my own custom cake shop! I love creating custom works for people and would love to expand my skillset as far as I can. I've learned so much from my past experiences and employments and I can't wait to branch off and focus all my energy into my own creations.
