Tell us about your signature bake and why it's your most popular treat.

I created a cookie based off one I had on a trip. It is a fall inspired cookie with orange zest, oatmeal, pumpkin purée, and an orange glaze. A perfect cookie for the holidays. I named it after someone who inspired me to keep trying new things and put myself out there with my talent.

Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?

My family. I love making birthday cakes for my nieces and nephew. I love showing my fiance and family members things I have made so they can critique them. I always ask for a pros and cons list when it comes to flavor, texture, ext. Baking isn’t just a hobby to me. It’s a passion and something I love doing everyday

How would you use the $10,000?

I would use it to start my business by getting a food truck and some equipment. My life long goal is to open my own business. To have a place where I can continue to create and share my inventions with others. I also want it to be a place where others can come create as well. To come decorate cookies or cakes with me and share their own creations with others too :)
