My signature bake is my Mixed Berry Cobbler Cupcake , fluffy vanilla cake filled with caramelized Pacific Northwest berries, topped with brown sugar buttercream, buttery crumble, and pure nostalgia. It’s my most popular treat for its comforting flavor, vibrant color, and the joy it brings with every bite.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for is my husband. He loves homemade desserts like cherry pie, crème brûlée, and rich mousses. I rarely make the same thing twice because I love surprising him with something new. Seeing his face light up with every first bite reminds me why I fell in love with baking in the first place.
How would you use the $10,000?
If I won $10,000, I’d invest it into growing my baking business. Right now, I bake out of my home, but my dream is to open a dedicated space where I can create, connect, and share my treats with the community.Bringing my creations to people in person would truly make this dream come to life.
