My signature bake is probably my peanut butter fluff cookies! Inspired by my favorite childhood snack, these cookies bring back the magic of peanut butter and marshmallow sandwiches. They’re soft, chewy, and just the right mix of salty-sweet —a bite of nostalgia that instantly makes you feel like a kid again.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for is my two best friends. They’ve always encouraged me to be loud about my baking and step outside of my comfort zone! The dessert I bake the most for them is my mini lava cakes, I’ve crafted the recipe throughout the years and they’ve definitely been my taste testers along the way! They would say it’s perfected.
How would you use the $10,000?
Winning $10,000 would be life-changing for my baking journey and in general. My dream is to open a bakery someday, but for now I want to start by working in a commercial kitchen and sharing my baked goods however I can. The prize would go toward permits, business fees, and equipment to help me grow from home baker to full-time baker — one cookie at a time.
