My signature bake is my Puerto Rican guava mini cake with cream cheese glaze. It’s the perfect balance of sweet, tropical, and comforting. It reminds people of home, family, and celebration. It’s my most requested treat because it’s unique, nostalgic, and always brings smiles with every bite.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for is my daughters. They inspires everything I do. I make them cookies, mini cakes, and fruit desserts, and they always my first taste tester. Baking for my Family keeps me grounded and reminds me why I started—love, family, and creating memories through food.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use the $10,000 to expand my catering and baking business by investing in commercial equipment, bulk ingredients, packaging, marketing, and licensing. My goal is to grow production, serve more communities, create jobs, and bring Puerto Rican flavor and Good Vibes to a larger audience.
