My cakes are known to be beautiful and delicious! I make everything from scratch using my own recipes. I offer different frosting such as Swiss meringue buttercream, whipped ganache,and my stable whipped cream which is my favorite. On top of that I can reproduce any design customers bring to me and I have never received a complaint about the design or the taste. I am known for my beignets too. African deep fried donuts that comes in different flavors.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My family are my favorite people to bake. I bake everyone’s cake, desserts such as tres lèche cakes, cheesecakes, cupcakes filled with my homemade caramel, frosted with whipped cream frosting, and red velvet cream cheese stuffed cookies.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would pay off my medical bills and school debt. I would be generous towards my family for the massive support I received from them. They literally let me turned their kitchen into my office. The rest of the money will go to my business which is a bakery.
