When it comes to my signature bake, I would choose my Pumpkin cookie. The cookie it self is very delicious and has a soft moist texture, with flavors of cinnamon nutmeg and of course Pumpkin. And to top it off the cream cheese icing is absolutely amazing. It's very creamy with flavors of vanilla and topped with a cinnamon sugar sprinkles. It truly is in a class by its self.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for is my mom. The cookie i make most for her is any new cookie I make. I always like to get her honest opinion on what I make. She will tell me if something is either great or I need to 86 it. But if I had to choose one cookie for her, it would be my Snickerdoodle cookie. She enjoys them every time I make them.
How would you use the $10,000?
If I won the greatest baker contest, I would use the $10,000 to help me open a brick and mortar bakery. I'm really hoping to win so I can make this a reality.
