My Chocolate Chip Cookies are always a favorite! I wanted to make a truly delicious cookie that made you go, “Whoa!” I think I did that! I’ve added warming spices and hints of citrus - just enough to notice. I think it adds so much to a traditional chocolate chip cookie.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I love to bake for my husband. He has the biggest sweet tooth so he’s always excited when I bake him something. He’s also great about giving me feedback when I’m attempting to perfect a new recipe.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would definitely use some of the prize money for baking supplies and materials needed for a booth so I could set up my business for events and markets.
