My pavlova is known for its beauty and delicious texture and taste in every bite! It’s such a unique dessert with endless possibilities when it comes to flavors and toppings! I absolutely love its showstopper appeal when I have add the last decorative delicious touch. Whether it’s for a wedding, a special occasion or simply a small gathering of friends and family- this dessert never disappoints in elevating the occasion. I look forward to any occasion I get to create this beautiful desert.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I love to bake for my husband and wow him with my flavors and textures. He loves desert as much as I do and since before we were married I made it my mission to wow him with my baking skills. It makes me so happy to see his face light up and watch him devour every morsel down to the last bite. When he tells his boss how good a desert was that I made- I know I have really wowed him. Telling his boss is his highest form of a compliment to me and my baking skills.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would love to move my business into a commercial space and hire a teammate to expand my current business. My dream is for my desserts to be nationwide and for my treats to be featured on every wedding blog and major publication. I want to see my beautiful creations elevate every occasion with their aesthetic, delicious texture and quality flavors. Having this money would allow me to expand and share the awe and delight with more people than I currently can at this stage.
