My signature bake is a Triple Chocolate Cake that’s gluten, dairy, and grain free—but still incredibly rich, full of flavor, and deliciously decadent.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I truly love to bake for anyone who is also gluten free. To show them that we can still enjoy amazing goodies and do not have to miss out due to allergy restrictions.
How would you use the $10,000?
I have always dreamt of starting a gluten free baked good food truck. I would put the money towards making that happen!
