My signature bake is a close tie between my custom Royal Icing Sugar Cookies and my Vintage Bow Cakes! They are both popular as they add such a special custom touch to a loved one’s special day.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favourite person to bake for is my Nana. I know she will always give me honest reviews to help me perfect my recipes! When I have spare cookies from an order, I love to decorate a custom cookie just for her to enjoy with her morning tea.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use a portion of this gracious prize to invest in much-needed equipment, as well as taking decorating classes to elevate my skills! I would love to use the remaining portion to host decorating classes for my local women’s rehabilitation program. Creative classes while being inpatient helped boost my spirits, so the least I can do is give back to the program that gave me the strength and courage to guide me to where I am today.
