Dubai chocolate sourdough cake with pistachio buttercream is a hit with anyone I share it with. Ive made cupcakes and cake version and its truly the best way to indulge in what sweet flavors are trending right now.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My family by far and I find myself baking sourdough chocolate chunk cookies more than anything. If I'm not making cupcakes or cakes. We love something soft and sweet often stuffed with a fun surprise inside.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use the $10,000 to aquire and start up my sourdough on the go bakedngoods food trailer. Its always been a dream of mine to be a food truck owner. I love the idea of taking my baked goods on the road wherever my family goes. Since 2020, we have found a great love for traveling and working for ourselves and having an on the go business availability would go hand in hand with our favorite lifestyle.
