My signature bake is my delicious and most red velvet cake i love this cake so much because the flavors of cocoa and velvety texture is so inviting to the taste buds. This cake is one of my most requested at family gatherings and for customers birthday cakes. It cake also be made in cupcakes or loaf it is so versatile and is show stopper at any occasion
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite persons to bake for is my grandchildren i mostly bakes everyone birthday cakes or cupcakes, cupcake for school events and holidays. just anytime they come over to m house we ways ends up in the kitchen and bake together. I enjoy teaching my grandchildren to bake its a skill that they will always carry with them and memories that is unforgettable.
How would you use the $10,000?
i would use the 10,000 dollars to open a bakery/cafe my forever dream and also offer baking classes to disadvantaged children. These classes will teach life skill's as well as job skills for the future. Being in the kitchen with my grandchildren all under 14 years of age gives me pleasure in knowing that they are excited to learn the skills of baking. And if one i get the opportunity to teach others and share my knowledge and experience would be a dream come true.
