My signature bake would definitely be my chocolate peanut butter cake. People love my chocolate cake because it’s very moist and decadent. When paired with peanut butter and chocolate ganache, it’s the richest and creamiest combination!
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I love to bake for my friends and family. They have supported me so much throughout the years, so it brings me joy to see them enjoy my creations.
How would you use the $10,000?
It has been a dream of my twin sister and I to one day open a cat cafe, so the $10,000 would go towards getting it started. I would manage all of the baking and pastry aspects while she takes the savory lead. I have 6 of my own cats that I love, so being able to combine two of my favorite things would be a dream.
