My danishes, scones, or cheesecakes would have to be my signature bakes it’s tough to choose just one! My danishes are especially close to my heart. They’re a never-fail favorite, made with a soft, homemade brioche dough and filled with classic cream cheese or seasonal flavors like pumpkin, chocolate, and more. They’re simple, comforting, and always a hit.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
At the heart of everything I bake is my dad, my favorite person to bake for. I love making him simple, classic oatmeal raisin cookies and seeing him enjoy them. He may not love every recipe I try, but he always tastes it, gives honest feedback, and encourages me. Every bite he takes carries a little piece of his love and support, and reminds me why I bake.
How would you use the $10,000?
If I won Greatest Baker of 2025 received $10,000, I would use it to upgrade our coffee shop in the way we need it most by finally getting a larger commercial oven. We do have a commercial kitchen, but our current oven is very small and can only fit a single 6-cup muffin pan at a time. Upgrading to a full size commercial oven would allow me to bake more efficiently, increase production, and expand the items we can offer our customers. This investment would save time, reduce costs, and help grow
