My signature bake is my original sourdough loaf made with simple, wholesome ingredients and lots of love. Each loaf is naturally fermented and hand-shaped, giving it that perfect crusty exterior and soft, flavorful crumb. It’s my most popular bread because it feels nostalgic and homemade, the kind of bread that brings warmth to any table. I also create fun variations like cinnamon swirl, garlic herb, and seasonal add-ins, which keep my customers excited to see what’s next from Kneaded Nook Co.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite people to bake for are my three toddlers. Watching their little faces light up when the smell of fresh bread fills our home reminds me why I started baking in the first place. Their favorite is my mini sourdough loaves, perfect for their small hands and snack times. I love knowing they’re growing up with real, nourishing food made from scratch.
How would you use the $10,000?
As a single mom, every loaf I bake helps support my family and $10,000 would make a world of difference. I would use it to expand Kneaded Nook Co. by upgrading my equipment and creating a dedicated baking space at home, so I can balance motherhood and business without sacrificing either. This would allow me to increase production and supply more local shops. More than anything, it would give me the stability and tools to keep building a life for my kids that’s rooted in love.
