I would say custom decorated cakes. Being able to bring someone’s vision to life is so exciting on both ends! When I get to create a life-like cake it is the most challenging yet rewarding. The smiles it brings is so encouraging to keep pursuing this!
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for is my grandpa. He is my biggest supporter! He is gluten free and I’m always finding new recipes for him to test and try and making his life a little sweeter with treats he can enjoy without getting sick. His favorite treat of mine would be my GF carrot cake or GF chocolate chip cookies. He is always asking for some!!
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use $10,000 to give back to my parents and grandpa for all the support and love they give. Then with the rest I would save and put it towards opening my own store front. My dream would be to open a bakery/coffee shop in my town. I’ve been told ever since I was little by my loved ones that I will have my own bakery one day.
