My signature bake is my gluten-free chocolate chip cookies. They taste like the classic everyone remembers—soft, chewy, and comforting. They’re popular because they don’t “taste gluten-free,” they just taste good. They let everyone enjoy the same treat together, no one left out. I bake in memory of my dad, and I feel close to him in every batch. Fabulously Flourless.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for is my son. He’s my toughest critic and always knows when something tastes “gluten-free.” If he can’t tell, I know I nailed it. And when I need a confidence boost, I bake for my husband, because he thinks everything I make is amazing. Baking for them reminds me why I do this — to share joy, connection, and love in every bite.
How would you use the $10,000?
If I won, I’d put the money toward creating a small mobile bakery and backyard bake shed. Right now customers pick up on my porch or I meet them in parking lots. I want a real space that reflects the heart I put into this. My husband and I would build it together. This bakery is a dedication to my dad and the love I found in his bakery at 17. I want gluten-free treats to be affordable, joyful, and for everyone.
