I was trying out a new coco powder and had some cream cheese left over so I decided to make a dark chocolate cream cheese cake and well the pan overflowed but none the less it turned out amazing and my coworkers loved it so other then the blue velvet cake this is one cake I will have to put in the book
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
Well a while back I would say my mom but now I love to bake for my fiancé her really supports me and make me feel like I can bake up the world

I would $5,000.00 up for my grandson's schooling and the rest it would go towards the business of baking
