Mardi gras King Cakes. Because each and every cake that is made is made just a little bit different It's made with love, color the culture behind Louisiana or the South in general, what the colors on that mean from the green, the gold and purple, they each have a purpose and why there's a baby a plastic baby inside of it and what it means. So even when it's not Mardi gras season these cakes are always requested made with love, passion, and flavor. You can't get any better than that.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
The favorite person for me is my husband. I actually make multiple things for him anything from Cajun food to Mexican food but his most favorite dessert is what we call lemon crack cookie just the flavor melt in your mouth soft not gooey it's like air and that is his most favorite I can't keep a dozen on a table for longer than a day they're gone and to me that's everything.
How would you use the $10,000?
To build my business bigger to have the correct equipment to be able to put more into my company and invest so that way I can reach out further to more people with everything that I offer from baked goods and Cajun food to private chef services I just want to expand and share as much love and passion with my food as I can and with that $10,000 I could definitely do that possibly even a food truck with baked goods.
