I am most proud of my Chocolate Chunk Cookie. It is pure indulgence. Soft, sweet, and buttery. Flavored with brown sugar and nutty brown butter. Decadent pools of chocolate, and crisp toffee pieces add depth to the cookie. I am frequently told “This is the best cookie I have ever had”. I can’t agree more. After months of developing and testing chocolate chunk cookies, this is the ultimate and my favorite.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I love to bake for my parents. I can’t choose only one. My parents are my biggest supporters, and taste testers. My parents absolutely adore my Lemon Lime Tart. It is buttery, creamy, and perfectly tart. One of my favorites too! I hope I make them proud.
How would you use the $10,000?
I am fortunate enough to be the owner and founder of Haize & Honey, a startup online bakery. Haize & Honey is a dream I have had since I was a young girl. If I were to win the $10,000, I would invest it into my business. It is not easy being a new business owner during these trying times. The prize would propel my business at a rate Ive only been able to dream of. Haizeandhoney.com
