My most signature item would be my sweet potato cake with cream cheese frosting and why it's so popular because of how moist and soft it is it's rich but not too rich it's sweet and I can make it gluten free as well and it still good all my customers love it and it's the most requested item I have plus it's my best seller so far I changed it to be my year round cake instead of holiday cake since it's requested alot.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I would say my girlfriend or my mom and what I make most is my sweet potato cake and red velvet cream cheese brownies the absolutely love those I tend to have to kick them out the kitchen they love taste testing my frosting since it's cream cheese but I always have a good laugh every time anytime I get a chance to bake i do my girlfriend always finds new recipes for me to try and always making a challenge that I love to take on and it pushes me to become greater at what I do the one thing I lov
How would you use the $10,000?
I would love to use it to finally open my first building and apply for a better chance of getting more clientele and be able to make my dream happen i love. Baking its my passion and I would do anything to have a better cha ce to win even if I don't I won't be discouraged cause I know what I can do and I know what I'm capable of a d tge harder I work the faster I'll get there I just know if I keep believing in myself and working hard I will achieve what I want you don't get anywhere without try
