My signature bake is my Sweet Mayhem stuffed cookies — thick, gooey, and filled with caramel, fudge, or cookies & cream centers. They’re the perfect mix of soft, indulgent, and comforting. They became my most popular treat because they make people stop and smile. Who doesn’t love a huge cookie! There’s something magical about breaking one open and seeing the warm filling inside. They’re the cookies my family requests nonstop and the treat that pushed me to dream big.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My children are my favorite people to bake for. My daughter and my fiancé just love and finds so much comfort in my stuffed cookies! She always is my first taste tester. My son loves testing everything I make :) . Baking brings us together in a way that feels warm, calming, and full of love. And I cherish that!
How would you use the $10,000?
As a single mom, winning $10,000 would be life-changing. I would use it to give my kids stability—and to catch up on things that always get pushed aside, like car repairs. It would let me breathe for a moment, lighten our load, and give me space to keep building my baking dream. Sweet Mayhem! Also I’d be able to finally purchase a mixer :)
