Oh my, there’s so many!! But I would have to say it would be my carrot cake with caramel infused buttercream with a wee little hint of Kentucky bourbon, and garnished with toasted coconut.The texture is so moist, and with the warmth of the spices I use, it just melds together on a fall or winters day, with a warm cuppa joe!
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My family. My family are my be all end all, and they love it when I make sticky toffee pudding with spiced caramel sauce. If you could only hear the “ sounds” that come out of their mouths while eating it…. The sounds says it all!
How would you use the $10,000?
To help establish a start up for my own bakery outside of my home, and I could then pass down to my children.
