My fluffy cupcakes with a whiskey ganache filling I would say is my signature, it’s the first i learned to make and mastered the local brand of whiskey I use mixed with the gooey chocolate is always a win.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My wife, her favourites are lemon flavoured treats and cheesecake. I try to make different treats with a lemon flavour. My turtle cheesecake is one of her favourites
How would you use the $10,000?
I would like to have the chance to do more markets in my area and it would definitely be a big help for me not to worry about the groceries or market fees.
