My signature cookie is called Harvest Promise, a pecan pie inspired gourmet cookie with a buttery cornbread base and gooey brown sugar filling with toasted pecans on top. It’s the perfect blend of nostalgic Southern comfort and handcrafted indulgence. Customers love that it tastes like a slice of homemade pecan pie in cookie form. Each one reflects the warmth and intention that define my baking and my brand.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for is my boyfriend. He’s been there through every stage of my baking journey…even the “one giant cookie” mishaps and has always stayed positive. He gives honest but gentle feedback that pushes me to grow, and he constantly reminds me that God can use my baking to show His love through me. His encouragement helps me see that Manna Cookies is about more than just dessert, it’s about purpose, grace, and growth.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use the $10,000 to support my family and expand my baking so I can give back more often, sharing warm meals and cookies with those in need. Everyone deserves a reminder of hope and kindness, and I believe God can use my baking to spread that. I’d also reinvest in Manna Cookies to reach more people and create a lasting impact through faith and food.
