My most popular treat is probably brownies, baked fresh in my home kitchen made with a blend of melted dark chocolate, cocoa and love, for the deepest flavour. They have a soft, fudgey middle and that delicate, crackly top that makes them feel extra special. These are the treat people request first.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
It’s difficult to choose one singular person, it’s my siblings and parents. Most baked is probably chocolate cookies, the comfort and nostalgia is unmatched.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use the $10,000 to keep afloat. I’m a newly single mom of a 2 year old and a full time student. I don’t want my child to miss out on anything. Life is expensive and even more so now that I’m doing it solo.
