My Mexican vanilla chocolate chip cookies have been a hit and can't be more classic. The dark chocolate, pinches of salt all around and warm vanilla flavor with tones of cinnamon melt in your mouth as you bite into melty decadence! I love how simplistic and flavorful it is!
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My husband has ordered over 600 cookies for his work! His coworkers and he devour them all in a day or two and are always asking for more! My husband is my biggest fan and my first taste tester (even before I ask!) He makes great recommendations and always asks "oooh, what if we add ___ next time?!" To challenge me and my experience to try new flavor combinations and escalating flavor!
How would you use the $10,000?
I can't wait to set up a food truck and store front. I've got a restaurant concept I've been honing on since 2014! These competitions help spread the word and motivate me to showcase more of my talent and passion for bringing people together through food!
